,Happy Holidays!I’m excited to announce that we’ve completed the Initial Closing of our VC fund, with ~$3m in commitments, and have already made our first investment. We are on track to secure the remaining $2m of our targeted total $5m over the next month, at which time we’ll have our Final Closing and wind down the fundraising process.
