Portfolio Company Fundraising Updates:

WarrCloud has closed a new round of Seed funding. The latest financing was led by First Move Capital (FM Capital) with additional investment from Automotive Ventures. WarrCloud is the preeminent technology and service solution transforming automotive warranty processing.

RoboTire has announced a $7.5m Series A round of funding. The round was led by Discount Tire with participation by Automotive Ventures and a number of other early investors. RoboTire builds and sells robots to auto service shops to automate tire changes.

HopDrive is looking to accelerate their growth by raising additional capital. The company provides vehicle pick-up and delivery services for dealerships, customers and fleet management companies. SparkCharge is currently closing their Series A round of funding.
