Opportunity:
Automotive Ventures is making an investment into EV charging infrastructure player
out of our DealerFund, and we were able to secure a
$200k (USD) allocation
in this round for co-investment from our Club members. This Club investment is the only way to participate in this round.
Highlights:
GoEVE’s DockChain product is an EV 'charge-point multiplier'. The innovation allows multiple parking spaces to be ‘electrified’ from one fast EV charger via GoEVE’s “daisy chain” of inexpensive and simple charging points.
Combined with a standard high-powered DC Charger, GoEVE’s technology significantly reduces the cost of charging large numbers of EVs. Plus you can charge any car at high power in any parking space without moving vehicles around chargers.
The company provides this system in a turn-key solution to auto dealerships, fleet operators and parking garage owners. The company is UK-based but plans to enter the U.S. market in late 2023, targeting auto dealerships as their initial customer segment of focus.

Deal Terms & Fees:
GoEVE is raising £3,000,000 (British Pounds) Series Seed round at a pre-money valuation of £9,600,000. We have secured
$200k (USD)
of this as an allocation for our Investment Club members. You will be investing on exactly the same terms and same investment documents as the Automotive Ventures DealerFund.
The SPV (our investment vehicle) fee structure will mirror best practices established by the
, with a one-time 2% management fee and 20%
. Each investor will share proportionally in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) setup fee, expected to be $5k.
