Multimodal shared mobility company

has entered into a strategic investment agreement with global mobility group Astara. The investment will see ASTARA invest $5 million in the company and will come as part of a pre-IPO round. It follows an investment of $6 million that was raised from its existing investors. (

Autonomy:

Intel Corporation said Monday its

autonomous vehicle technology unit has confidentially filed paperwork for an initial public offering in the United States, which could value it at more than $50 billion. (

said its valuation has surged to $8.5 billion after the first close of its Series D funding round, a sign that investors continue to chase a space where mass deployment of autonomous fleets are still years away. (
