has raised $7 million from both the original and new investors. A major investor in the round was Southern Bancorp in partnership with Advantage Capital. Carmigo will continue building its marketplace that connects consumers with dealerships. (

Vehicle Production & Assembly:

concluded its first seed round investment of 1.2 million euros. The round was led by Early Game Ventures and joined by renowned business angels. The OxidOS team is working on an Operating System and DevTools for embedded software used in the automotive industry. (

Autonomy, Robotics & AI:

Mobility, an arm of state-owned Chinese automaker SAIC that aims to launch a commercial robotaxi service, raised $148 million (RMB 1 billion). The funds will be used to scale its robotaxi service in China, which it will operate in partnership with autonomous vehicle company

Electrification & Alternative Fuels:

Korea’s SK has invested $100 million in North Carolina startup

, which aims to upgrade the electric vehicle (EV) charging experience in the United States with new hardware and software. (

)

Bangalore-based

might have come up with a way to deliver 15-minute rapid charging for electric vehicles. The startup, which just raised a $13 million Series A, relies on a combination of its proprietary battery pack and charging infrastructure to achieve such a feat. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from YourNest Venture Capital, 3one4 Capital and AdvantEdge Founders. (

Air Mobility & Space:

, which describes itself as a “next-generation air travel company” which currently operates on a limited number of routes in the U.S. and Europe, has raised $65 million, with $50 million as a Series B funding round co-led by AlbaCore Capital Group and $15 million in convertible notes. (
